Casa Boma Lisboa - Typical and Spacious Apartment - Lapa II

Incredible, spacious property. Very local. Above the rooftops. Nicely decorated and in a great area. I would gladly move in. Best with 2 people - then it's a great deal. Decent kitchen. Coffee and water waiting for me upon arrival.

The bathroom was not at the same standard as the rest of the rooms in the apartment and the shower was slow to drain. The check-in process was disappointing. We already had to wait until 4pm which in my experience is later than usual. We turned up at 16:05 only to find that the electronic check in system had been updated and would not allow us access to the property in until 5pm and this was not communicated to us.

excellent location in Lapa area. Close to coffee shops parks and museums. Quite sreet. Apartment in an old building full of character.

Loud television noise from neighbours, squicking old windows.

The apartment could had been more clean. You can hear noises from all the other apartments ( tv loud, people chatting..) The windows didnt close properly and it allowed a lot of mosquitos to get in The hair drier is very cheap and small and old.

Gorgeous spacious and bright apartment.

The tenant upstairs has the volume of their TV very loud until after midnight.

Casa Boma double charged for my accommodation at the Lapa II apartment on April 23-24, and I have not yet received a refund. They have admitted to having a bug in their system, yet despite my repeated requests for urgent assistance in rectifying this issue and promptly processing the refund for the duplicate charges, they have not taken action. They do not respond to my emails, phone calls, or WhatsApp messages. Not a trustworthy company.

The flat is beautiful, very tastefully decorated, and very spacious. Location is nice - on top of a hill so either you climb or take a bus (bus stop just around the corner) or a short taxi ride up. They let us in a bit before checking time which was appreciated.

One of the bedrooms is in the corridor so it has no windows. not a big issue. The main issue I have is that i got double charged by the company in charge of this flat and over two months later, i am still waiting for the reimbursement :( so beware for that, otherwise, it was really nice.

The property was beautiful- styled beautifully and simply, lovely tiles everywhere.

Access to the property proved to be annoying. Wifi was needed to get in through the street and apartment doors which meant global roaming had to be activated all the time. We could not access the property until 4 even though I received a message saying I could access it earlier. Once inside it was great but be aware of this.
