Toilet policy

Very clean, and had a lot of nice touches with some necessities you need with a property like this. Parking was awesome. Especially for Lisbon!

The showers need work. The doors don’t close properly and leak water when you shower. The bathroom faucet in the ensuite was very loose. The bathrooms has a bit of a smell to them. You are a bit away from the action. We liked it because we enjoyed walking the city.

Carlos greeted us on arrival with a big smile and a great welcome to Lisbon. The welcoming food and drink was really appreciated. He showed us around the apartment and pointed out how to get into town, local shops, restaurants etc The apartment was very well appointed and there was plenty of coffee, tea and condiments available.

Lovely apartment, spacious and well presented

The location is great, close to the main attractions but in a quiet area. The metro was close by as well as numerous amenities. The flat was beautiful and modern and had everything you could need. The view from the windows and balcony was superb giving a cracking view out over the city. Carlos was amazing and very helpful with anything we might have needed. The area the flat was in felt residential giving a feeling of living in the city for a few days than just passing through. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here on a visit to Lisbon.

Location relative of the tourist places was very good. Close to the Center. Close access to public transport and supermarket. Relatively large apartment with two balconies. Well equipped kitchen, though we didn't use it. One white wine as gift. Owner was in touch one day before we travelled, was at the apartment to hand over the keys, kept in touch once a day to check if there is any problem.

Cleanliness was average, specially outside the apartment and the surrounding areas Old construction, hear sound from floor tiles while walking. Poor sound proofing, woke up early morning due to sound from construction work. Were told that toilets may clog, so dispense the tissues in the waste paper basket. Was quite odd! No option to lock the toilets.

This is a superb apartment, with everything needed for a holiday. The location is great - handy for the metro, near to the town centre and tourist areas, and close to some fabulous restaurants. Carlos was very welcoming, and recommended some restaurants and places to go, which were all excellent!

Carlos is a great host. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Lisbon. Highly recommend.
