Needs to be refurbished due to old age and the furnitures needs replacement and curtains/slides also. Why put a tv if it’s not going to work also dat not cool

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall arrangement and management were poor from the moment I arrived. Communication from the staff was inadequate, making it difficult to obtain information and resolve concerns during my stay. The cleanliness standards were far below expectations. The bed linen appeared dirty and unclean, the rug was stained, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I also noticed dirt and dust on the ceiling and around the windows, which gave the room an unpleasant and neglected appearance. Another major issue was the location of my room, which was very close to a busy road. The constant traffic noise made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. For the price charged, I expected much better standards of cleanliness, customer service, and comfort. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
