Nice big, comfy bed. Spacious room. Room tidied and towels replaced whilst i was there. Host very quick to reply

Needed a good clean, mainly the few random pieces of cutlery that are available and the drawers. The blinds were broken so couldn't be closed. Towel Rack falling off the wall in the bathroom. The booking stated "Cable TV" and "NETFLIX", neither worked

The toilets were dirty the walls were dirty floors were dirty plates were dirty

It was clean roomy with a kitchen and fridge Bed was comfortable and nice towels

For me I would have preferred curtains but still good and did take me a couple of times to do the main door on the room as the bottom of the door never pulled enough in to the frame but got it sorted

I’ve never complained about a hotel before as you can’t expect perfection when paying a lower price. However, I expect clean, there was a stain on the towel, marks on the floor I thought could be blood, mould in the shower, stains on the walls, no soap for cleaning hands. We even bought bedding to put over theirs as I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets after seeing the rest. I am so disappointed and for the first time ever feel like I should be refunded.

the location was good for what we need it. breakfast was not an issue as we like to go out very early. The refrigerator in the room was fantastic.

There was nothing that bothered me. Only the first time that I have tried to open the room haha. but we sort it out by the second time
