Being in Alfama is great... Every evening you can wander out in the area and you're surrounded by winding cobbled streets, each promising an undiscovered bar or restaurant. The roof terrace is fantastic for lounging away the last of the evening, though the steps up are sheer, and the whole apartment is comfortable and clean with effective air con and a comfortable bed. Communication was great from the owners and getting in was easy. Yes, it's up a hill, but that means you get a great view from the terrace and there are buses running regularly up to your doorstep.

If you're arriving by Uber, they won't be able to reach the address, as there are automated bollards that only certain vehicles can lower...Uber drivers weren't one of them. A few more things such as proper wine glasses and high ball glasses wouldn't go amiss, and the hair dryer only blew out cold air. Also, if you're tall like I am, you have to stoop in the shower...but in all honesty, we would book again. Great place to stay.

The bathroom area could do with some smartening up.

Appartement très agréable, très bien situé géographiquement : tout ce qui nous intéressait était à proximité. Nous aimons visiter à pieds, les points de vue en hauteur : c'était un lieu idéal. Très proche de l'Alfama. Lit très confortable. Appartement beau, agréable, bien équipé pour la cuisine. Belle douche. Très conforme à la présentation faite. Le logeur répond aux mails.

Un balai, une serpillière, un seau seraient un plus. Une seule éponge basique pour la vaisselle, des lingettes microfibres seraient utiles. Un second torchon pour la vaisselle serait bienvenu. Un petit étendoir intérieur pour sécher les serviettes les jours de pluie. Nous aurions aimé recevoir les informations sur le quartier (qui figurent dans un document dans l'appartement) par mail avant notre arrivée. Cela faciliterait l'accès. Ouvrir la boîte à clés a été long car nous n'y sommes pas habitués. Nous avons craint un moment de ne pas y arriver. Il nous avait été dit au départ que quelqu'un nous attendrait sur place. Il était indiqué qu'un transfert était organisé entre l'appartement et l'aéroport. En réalité nous n'avons rencontré personne et nous avons trouvé les informations concernant la possibilité de transfert uniquement dans l'appartement.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, gleich unterhalb der Burg, zudem sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Es gab Seife, Spülmittel und einen Spülschwamm. Die Wohnung ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Der Checkin verlief reibungslos. W-Lan funktionierte gut.

Die Dekokissen hätten eine Reinigung benötigt, waren z.T. fleckig, an der Fleecedecke waren Haare und Fusseln. Der Badvorleger wirkte unsauber. Das Bett hatte nur eine (große) Bettdecke für 2 Personen. Das mag in Portugal üblich sein, jedoch wäre eine 2. Bettdecke gut, da ja nicht nur Paare verreisen. Es gab nur für jede Person 1 großes Handtuch, das ist für eine Woche Aufenthalt dann doch zu wenig! Auf Anfragen per Whatsapp reagierte der Gastgeber nicht. In der Küche fehlten: 1 Korkenzieher, 1 Schneidebrett, ein Lappen und ein Händehandtuch Die "Terasse" war eine Art Lichtschacht und war nur nutzbar zum Wäscheaufhängen. Ansonsten sehr ungemütlich. Der Fußboden der insgesamt recht feuchten Wohnung war reiner Estrich. Empfehlung für Personen, die vom Bahnhof Oriente anreisen: Den Bus 128 nehmen (Bushaltestelle links vom Bahnhof unter der Brücke, Tickets kann man beim Fahrer kaufen), Ausstieg "Sul e Sueste" und dann von Kathedrale bis Santa Luzia den Straßenbahnschienen folgen, dann den Aufstieg über die Tv. de Santa Luzia nehmen. (Google Maps schickt euch ansonsten mit den Koffern die endlosen Treppen durch die Alfama hoch...!) Achtung: Die Bilder bei Booking com sind ein Best of aller 3 im Haus befindlichen Ferienwohnungen und geben nicht speziell die tatsächlichen Verhältnisse der einzelnen Wohnung wieder.

Communication from the host was excellent, even when we needed to contact him during our stay. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Nice courtyard. Good neighbourhood.

We would have liked a flat sheet on the bed, under the doona as it was quite hot at night. Would have liked some more coffee pods for the machine as there were only 4 left for 2 people for 4 nights. Otherwise, couldn't fault it.

Ubicación perfecta en el punto más alto de Lisboa. Muchos boliches y restaurantes cercanos. Muy seguro y muy tranquilo. Buen parking a 300 mts. Muy importante, estar ágil para subir hasta tu alojamiento al terminar un día de paseos.

No podría decir nada negativo.
