Apartments Uppe Villa

Appartement très bien équipé, propre, très bien situé. Literie très confortable, petite terrasse avec une belle vue sur le tage, équipée d'une table et deux chaises et un transat. Les indications de Miguel étaient très utiles et complètes pour l'arrivée et d'autres info.

Tout était parfait

We didn't see anybody, but the instructions about gaining access to the apartment were clear and all worked well. The apartment was well-equipped, the wifi worked well, and the location right next to the castle was excellent - although the walk uphill at the end of each day was tiring! Although it was close to the castle, the street was quiet, and we found some good places to eat and drink - we can particularly recommend the restaurant Sao Jorge and the pasteis de nata at the Sao Antonio bakery

The area is very hilly, so maybe not so suitable for those with limited mobility. Also, taxis cannot drive right up to the top, so you will need to walk a little further (although the 737 bus does stop very close, but that was less convenient when coming from the airport).

L’emplacement est super et c’est très joli. Le lit et le divan lit sont tes confortables. C’est aussi tres tranquille meme s’il y a un restaurant terrasse tout en bas. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir déposer nos valises en arrivant. Le propriétaire nous donne beaucoup d’information sur l’accès, transport et environnement .

Malheureusement, la cafetière et le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas bien, j’en ai informé le propriétaire . L’accès à la terrasse est plutôt difficile, la fenêtre pour y accéder est lourde et l’escalier très abrupte avec des marches étroites

Amazing little gem in an amazing location. Really sad to leave. Spotless apartment super comfortable bed .Absolutly everything you could wish for and more.

Location, location, location. Right literally around the corner from the castle entrance and to great restaurants. The bathroom sink did not drain. The management was very quick to get over and fix it. Great water pressure in the shower!

It was a little drab and could use some artwork. Rugs, a little rustic, and old. towels were clean, but need to be replaced. Washcloths would be nice. FYI this is a restricted residential zone, so Uber can’t drop off or pickup at the apartment. This means a short steep walk on cobblestone with luggage. Not difficult but it wasn’t expected.

The instructions to get to the property did not highlight that there was an elevator we could use to avoid part of the hill. Also the roof top terrace, although lovely, is up a very steep wooden ladder, not for the faint hearted

В анкете заявлено, что есть парковка. На самом деле проезд к квартире закрыт на кодовый шлагбаум. Хозяин не предоставил ключи от шлагбаума, потому что у него их нет. Он предложил нам поставить машину на ближайшей городской платной парковке за 20€ за ночь. Парковка была занята. Нам пришлось ездить по городу по кругу, пока не освободилось место на парковке. Все парковочные места вдоль дороги в том месте, где мы остановились, ограничены. Их можно занимать только жителям, которые живут в городе постоянно. В этом районе очень узкие улочки и парковочных мест для гостей города просто нет. От парковки до квартиры нужно долго идти очень высоко в гору и по ступенькам. С чемоданом это очень тяжело. Прошу возместить мне стоимость парковки в размере 20€, так как хозяин должен был предоставить бесплатную парковку. Но у него парковочного места нет. Парковку ищите сами и платите свои деньги. При выборе места остановки на ночь парковка была главным критерием. Стоимость квартиры с парковкой получилась на 20€ дороже, чем было написано.

La posizione, la disposizione dei locali. L’arredamento e la luminosità! La presenza di un terrazzino sopra al tetto da cui si aveva una bella vista e anche dello spazio per prendere sole, fare colazione! La pulizia, l’ordine e anche la posizione a pochi passi dall’ingresso al castello e alla fermato dell’autobus ne 737.
