Good resort facilities. Heated pool. Aircons in every room was a bonus. Near the recreation areas. Easy access to the beach and promenade.

Dated and some parts feel old. Needs some renovation. The Unit was fairly ok and needs some maintenance updates.

Accueil très chaleureux - bel établissement - bien situé - peu fréquenté en cette période de l’année (ce qui est un plus pour nous) - la promenade sur un chemin pavé le long de la plage est très agréable de jour et en soirée aussi - c’est mieux de disposer d’un véhicule mais toutes les facilités sont à une courte distance

Quelques petites remises en état s’imposent dans le logement que nous avons loué et après cela il méritera le 5/5 dont il a le potentiel

The property is very green and beautiful, it’s near the ocean and has heated pool for night swim. I liked the fact that they have a spa and the restaurant that sells food in the facility

This is a great resort, especially if you are looking for relaxation. It is perfectly located away from noise and distractions, making it ideal to truly unwind. The location is beautiful, and the spa experience at La Vita Spa was exceptional. Nomfundo, I can’t stop talking about your massage skills, it was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any requests, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it's 💖

The room did not seem to have been properly pre-inspected before our arrival, it was clean however a few things were not attended. The shower drain was blocked, although the facility team responded quickly and fixed it as soon as I reported it. The curtain in the main bedroom had also fallen, but this was repaired promptly as well. We had a serious issue with mosquitoes, which made it very difficult to sleep. When I reported it, I was told fumigation could not be done while we were in the room due to health reasons, and I was instead advised to go and buy mosquito repellent myself. This was quite disappointing, as I believe the resort should have proper mosquito control measures in place before guests arrive, especially given its location close to a forest. The towels also need replacing, and some of the cupboard doors in both the kitchen and bathroom are worn and should be repaired or replaced. There was no mop provided should we accidentally spill. Overall, while the staff responded quickly to reported issues, more attention to maintenance and guest readiness is needed to improve the experience.
