FLH Intendente Modern Apartment

Locatie was goed en appartement was groot.

Internet was slecht, vaatwasser was kapot en tv geen zenders op. Kraan badkamer hing los en tuin was vol onkruid en 2 stoelen kapot.

Muy espacioso, todo limpio, buena ubicación.

Wifi lento, se derramó el agua por la tubería de lavandería pero al día siguiente lo solucionaron. Recomendarías un tacho más de basura.

Terassia ei käytännössä ollut. Rikkinäiset tuolit ja päivänvarjo puuttui. Astianpesukone oli pois käytöstä ja toisen kylpyhuoneen hana oli irti. Huonoin puoli oli kuitenkin melu öisin naapureista ja viereisestä baarista. Huoneistossa ei ollut minkäänlaista äänieristystä.

The location was good with restaurants (walking distance), coffee shops, pastry, several grocery stores on the street, and bus and subway routes. The hop on hop off bus (green line) stops a few blocks away. You would need to go to another area for personal shopping. The outdoor terrace and the size of the apartment was fantastic, 4 of us had plenty of space. Having 2 bathrooms was fantastic! The host acted immediately upon our arrival after messaging them that 2 sink faucets were broken.

Everything was great but it would be an added bonus to have hooks in the bedrooms to hang the wet towels on and a mirror in the hall. When there are 4 women staying and both bathrooms are being used, it would be nice for the others to be able to get ready in the hall with a mirror. Having 2 sets of keys would have been helpful as the 4 of us (on occasion) did do separate outings and with one key we had to make sure that the person holding the key was back at the apartment for others to be able to get in.

We enjoyed the stay, everything was as expected, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace. Would definitely come again, thank you!
