apartment was super nice and cute sea view kitchen was nice we loved the setting

the rules are just too strict and boring NO VISITORS RULE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT the was cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards the welcoming was a bit boring and checking in was not welcoming the geyser was leaking

Demanded a key deposit of R800. Refused to return when leaving despite the property being left in good condition. Was told to call their boss. it is unaceptable.

Bad attitude from staff to the owner. I have never received my deposit of R 800 with those b7nch of crooks

The place is close to the beach, shops and Ushaka Marine. The view and the place is perfect. It's cosy and private

The staff person that was working a day shift had a bad attitude, knocking harshly at my door was the last straw. I visited Durban to see friend's I was dissapointed to be told that the Apartment doesn't allow visitors. I was given a check list which doesn't corresponde with what I found in the room

practically my worst accomodation experience, the house reeked of dust, the linen was far from being fresh, cockroaches dead and alive occupied the space, no balcony as promised, the bathroom had a musty smell and the towels were worn out, the building is practically old with rusted windows.

What is on the advert is totally different. Place had cockroches and dirty,not smell nice,dirty linens,very old towels, bedroom and bathroom doors not closing properly beds making noise

no breaksfast was part of the package

They did not allow our delivery drivers tio come up to our room so we had to go downstairs to collect our food
