"Worse than what I was expecting from the price I paid."

The location next to the beach only.

The condition overall was bad. It was not worth the price I paid for. First the where too many cockroaches condition of the bad was bad. WiFi that they promised to be free was actually not readily available I needed to demand it after day 3 and it was disconnected on day 5 in the morning, the lift was not working all the time we needed to use stairs to level 5 most of the time. I will never use booking.com anymore because they don’t check the condition of the accommodation listed by this agents.

Great value for money! Very high quality apartment with excellent service, friendly and hospitable staff. Safety, convenience and comfort were excellent. Very luxurious! Recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Durban area

Location was great near the beach. Also have beautiful, Clean and big rooms. The place it's so peacefully I enjoyed my stay.

"Not good besides that atleast beds were enough so we could sleep comfortably all of us."

That we had enough beds.

The receptionists, help guys and all the posters on walls about too many rules were all unappealing and made us uncomfortable. There was no hot water and we didn’t know who to tell. The reception/security guys are not a good for the property. At first glance, you would think they are criminals. They must consider a lady at reception or a guy in uniform whom has reception/hosting skills.

I enjoyed the location as it is located within a walking distance of all the main activities in and around Durban.

Not getting my refund immediately after a satisfactory room inspection prior my departure.
