Very spacious apartment, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Great location

Staff was a bit rude on WhatsApp. Check-in took some time since it is done remotely.

Very central location- apartment nice and big and clean

Lack of air con. Appreciate it’s a very old building but it’s a very hot country so would have been nice. Lots of fans supplied though. Very impersonal service from feels like home - very automated everything communicated via what’s app which would suit everyone

"Great apartment but dirty and bad experience in the end"

Apartment location.

I do not like first of all that ignorant attitude, that many people wrote reviews it was a dirty place, and they have not managed to resolve that???to have place cleaned? How difficult is that? I really liked the place and thought that will not be an issue with our stay, they need to clean after bad reviews right? And they are charging all guests a cleaning fee after all. So they might have cleaning service. What a surprise. We had to clean the place in order to use the facilities. Apartment is handled from agency Feels Like Home. It is a nice place but very very bad maintained. The fact that walls need to be painted is a small thing in comparison that the whole app has to be cleaned for the start. We have entered apartment around 7 pm, where 2 bathrooms where not cleaned after previous guests (dirty shower and taps, shower glass cabin, hairs all around, dirty toilet seat and bupic hairs, toilet brush that had to be changed last year with leftovers from all guests before). Kitchen as well needed to be cleaned - we had to wash all glasses, cups and all what we wanted to use in the kitchen as it was dirty or not washed well- and we got 1 DISHWASHER TABLETTE FOR 5 DAYS STAY. It was cold and rainy. We got 3 small heaters, not enough to warm the app and when we turned all 3 on electric swixh fell, and we were out of lights. Bed covers are very light, not for winter. In one bedroom there are no nightstands and wardrobe, we had to take some chair and put it next to the bed, to keep my phone, book,… Kitchen table is so damaged, not represantable for rental paying customers. I am writing this review hoping they will change something and to encourage others to give low score as we did if the do not change anything. But second of all to encourage others to demand a cleaning or money back, which we missed to do. cleanliness is the minimum that every renter can do for an apartment.
