Everything is so old and quite dirty. Also mold on the wall😬

The location was safe. We were quite away from the central city but an east train ride in once you could figure out what ticket to buy.

When we arrived we found the apartment had not been cleaned from the previous user. Once we alerted the staff they tried their best to accommodate us at another property but it didn’t suit our requirements. The apartment was cleaned the next day but they did not leave enough towels for all four of us. So this was an unfortunate stay for the two nights we were there.

no facility to drop off the luggage if you arrive early , the luggage drop off location is 30minutes away from the flat and the check in time is 4 pm that is too late

The staff were helpful

This apartment was absolutely filthy and full of black mold everywhere you look. The door only opens via an app on the phone and the check in process is very tedious. There is no available parking on the street you have to park several blocks over to get to the property. I would not stay here again there is mold in every crevice, handprints and splatter marks all over the walls and floor. The fold out couch is a broken up stained moldy bit of cut foam. You get give a two page list of rules with noise detectors throughout the apartment yet you’re kept up all hours by the slamming automatic front door, stomping upstairs and the street noise. Stay somewhere else.

The location is really good, easy access from the highway, the apartment was really good equipped, nice interior. Love the QR code ideas, music playlist etc.

Hard to find free parking lot in the area but with a few minutes or in another street it can be solved. The bedroom faced to the street, and sometimes its noisy a bit. But its not really disturbing just good to know.
