Window in the bedroom horrible Toilet broken They charge me double !!! Not good experience at all

Very big apartment and close to shops, restaurants and transport links.

Could of provided a few more bin bags and towels.

The apartments are the same as in the photo. Self-check-in. All the necessary equipment was there: an iron, a coffee machine, a toaster, and everything for a long stay. Great location.

It was quite dirty. And there were a lot of rules such as: There are noise detectors in the apartment, hosted to capture any type of sound, which is very strange for me.

It was very noisy - you can hear the neighbours all time even when they walk. Also the front door and doors opening sas so loud it can wake you up. If you sleep light i dont recommend

I thought the sofa bed was really comfy and large - two people slept comfortably - excellent location in the Belem area. Brilliant TV and amneties and very clean - area feels safe with large supermarket around 10 mins away and local shop much closer by. Based on reviews I was worried it was going to be extremely hot but I thought it was completely fine and there was a fan that was great too

According to my guests in the main room the traffic was very very loud throughout the night, although in the main living space (kitchen - sofa bed) it was very quiet

I liked the amenities the place supplied. Also the bed was really comfy. The balcony was beautiful along with the place with lovely decoration. The shower worked really well and it wasn’t noise at night . Slept like a baby.

The check in time needs improvement. Most places check in time is 2pm but the place only allows you to check in after 4pm which is not good enough special if you travel from far and your plane arrives early in lisbon. The aircon wasn’t strong enough needs improvement too.

Kitchen and lounge were bright and well equipped

The main bedroom could be improved. The bed is super uncomfortable with a cheap foam mattress. The code given for the manual key pad at the door was incorrect and there was no * or hashtag symbol

Great location, beautiful apartment. Loved having the outdoor patio.

Very hot and noisy. No aircon or airflow, the bedroom was so hot we had to move the mattress out into the lounge room.
