1-minute walk to the Metro and 2 to the Supermarket

The place was just ideal for a small family to stay..Jose was so welcoming and he waited for us late in the night for check in and explained us everything very well.. Supermarket is just 2 minutes..nice cafe and restaurant too.. The place was comfortable, the living room was nice and cosy and the apartment has complete facilities as mentioned and all the kitchen amenities too were present..we really liked our stay and we recommend Jose's place to everyone

Everything was great. The apartment is equipped with everything. It's really cozy and nice apartment. Jose was really kind and helpful. He sent us locations of restaurant and places what to visit. The metro is 1 minute by walk from the apartment and supermarket is also there. You can go by metro, bus and train everywhere. If we ever go back to Lisbon, we will return it here for sure. 😊

For some reason, hot water ran out for the first 2 nights but was fine on the 3rd. Maybe it was something we didn't do right.

Jose is just a wonderful host, extremely attentive and warm. He helped us with so much useful information: what to visit in Lisbon and the surrounding area, good restaurants, nearby supermarkets, etc. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is equipped with everything we needed. It also has its own parking space in the building, which is very important for the city. The best thing is that it is literally 20 meters from the metro station, and in Lisbon the metro is the best way to get around. I would like to stay in the same place again.

Jose was the best host we had by far. Gave us the key at site, guided us to the narrow basement parking lot, gave us introduction of the place, and also provided the link of many places to eat and visit. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped with all we need. The location is as it said - walk in minutes to Metro, and Supermarket Dia. Metro to town is very convenient with Navigante card, and only about 15minutes ride. Metro station is clean, stairs only from this side though. Nearby also has two all-you-need shops, i.e. tools, glue, paper, small appliances..etc.

Host (Jose) was extremely helpful and friendly. Location was quiet yet very easy to get to the centre of Lisbon. Jose had already supplied everything you could possibly want from the flat. Very good supermarket just around the corner.

Not enough options in English on the TV. Perhaps that is all that is available without paying?

José was really helpful on checking in, making extra plans for an early arrival. Lots of useful info provided for tourists and clear communication from the start. A lovely home from home with great facilities and an excellent host.

No drawbacks to this place at all, everything you need for a self-catering apartment.

Jose is the best host I have met so far. He greeted us at the apartment and showed us around all the rooms, and make sure we know what is provided, where to find it and how to use it. He also provided us with many tourist information and restaurant recommandations. Our plan is to visit Lisbon first then to Porto. However I received an email about the potential cancellation of our train to Porto due to strike. Jose is very kind to check that for me, and advised us how to book bus to Porto in case the strike is still on. when the strike is finally called off, Jose also let me know at once. I am so glad to have such a good host! Regarding the apartment, it is very spacious and clean. Although it is not very centally located, but you can easily get to the central with a 15-minute tube ride.

As this is quite a residental neigbourhood its seems that you need some more patience calling an uber. Still, the tube station is only 3 minutes‘ walk so you can go to anywere very quickly. Going to the aiport is even easier with direct tube ride. The only issue is there are several flights of stairs to come down to the station. For travellers with heavy luggages it may be a concern. We are fine with this so we are happy to enjoy the fast tube ride to the airport.
