1-minute walk to the Metro and 2 to the Supermarket

José ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und hat uns mit zahlreichen Tips versorgt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten sind sehr hart. Aber alles andere war bestens. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden, aber nur mit Kleinwagen oder maximal Kompaktklasse nutzbar. José ist aber auch hier sehr behilflich bei der engen Einfahrt. Metro und Supermarkt vor der Tür.

Getting into the parking spot

Très belle accueil, très belle appartement bien équipé manque de rien. Jose est très gentil.

Να ξεκινήσουμε με το πιο βασικό από όλα: ο José είναι ένας καταπληκτικός οικοδεσπότης. Ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικός, μας περίμενε και μας έδειξε το διαμέρισμα με όλες τις λεπτομέρειες. Μας είπε ακόμα και μικρά μυστικά μέρη που μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε στη Λισσαβόνα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρες και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 3 με 4 άτομα. Έχει όλες τις παροχές που σου επιτρέπουν να θεωρείς ότι είσαι στο σπίτι σου. Ο χώρος είναι ανακαινισμένος και πεντακάθαρος. Στα 300 μέτρα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και ο σταθμός του μετρό βρίσκεται στα 100 μέτρα από την είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας. Στο κτιριακό συγκρότημα της πολυκατοικίας υπάρχει και θέση στάθμευσης, κάτι το οποίο για μας ήταν πολύ σημαντικό γιατί νοικιάσαμε αυτοκίνητο για να περιηγηθούμε στη Λισσαβόνα και στα περιχωρά της.

Η περιοχή που βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα είναι λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο της Λισσαβόνας, για την ακρίβεια 20 με 30 λεπτά με το μετρό. Η περιοχή δεν έχει κάτι ιδιαίτερο να σου προσφέρει όπως εστιατόρια, μπαρ η αξιοθέατα. Επίσης το πάρκινγκ της πολυκατοικίας, αν δεν είσαι εξοικειωμένος, δεν προσφέρεται για μεγάλα αυτοκίνητα καθώς είναι λίγο στενό. Για εμάς ήταν μια χαρά γιατί το αυτοκίνητό μας ήταν μεσαίου μεγέθους. Εάν σκοπεύετε να νοικιάσετε μεγάλο όχημα, ξανασκεφτείτε το.

This was a modern apartment with all the modern comfort: quiet at night, fully air conditioned, well equipped, very clean kitchen, latest TV with all channels needed. Easy access to lift and inside parking space for the car. Extremely helpfull host that remained available on Whatsapp throughout the stay.

The apartment is really quiet and comfortable and the location is perfect. Being so close to the Metro station makes it really easy to get into the city centre, and it is also a direct line to the airport. There is a supermarket, bar and restaurant just a 2 minute walk away. The apartment is well equipped and the parking space in the underground garage is a real bonus. Jose, the host, was on hand to meet us and he gave us a lot of very helpful information as well as suggestions about places to visit. He kept in touch with us during our stay and immediately answered any questions we had. He was the perfect host, and made us feel very welcome. We have already recommended this property to friends and family who are thinking of visiting Lisbon.

The apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived, but the host told us to let him know if the cleaner had missed anything so he could ask her to come back.

Very spacious apartment with underground parking space. Very close to metro station Olaias and a supermarket. The owner José Rafael was very friendly and provided us with all possible information. A perfect host!
