1-minute walk to the Metro and 2 to the Supermarket

El anfitrión es muy amable y muy atento. El apartamento es muy confortable, limpio y muy bien equipado. No está en el centro pero muy bien comunicado. El metro está muy cerca y funciona muy bien. El barrio es tranquilo. Hay un súpermercado cerca de gran utilidad si se quiere cocinar.

The host was exceptionally helpful. Great communication and full of useful information. It was great to be able to park the car with just a short and convenient walk to the metro. Highly recommend it, especially if driving.

O anfitrião nos recebeu muito bem, muito atencioso, informou até pontos de interesses para visitação, com informações dos transportes para chegar aos mesmos. Tivemos algumas dificuldades, no chuveiro mas o anfitrião solicitou rapidamente.

Um pouco longe dos centros turísticos, mas o metrô bem próximo nos ajudou muito.

Sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage. Mit der Metro direkt vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen, sehr kurzer Fußweg. Auch in die Altstadt oder zum Bahnhof für Tagesausflüge nach Sintra super gelegen. Appartement ist in einem ruhigen Wohnkomplex gelegen. Ausstattung der Küche ist optimal für Selbstversorger. Guter Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei Bedarf auch noch eine Waschmaschine mit Wäscheständer vorhanden. Der Gastgeber Jose Rafael ist immer erreichbar und versorgt mit guten Ratschlägen und Tipps.

房东的服务态度极好，第一天到达花了一小时接待和讲解房屋内设施的使用方法，因为到达当天大厦电梯坏了，还特意安排我们停车在地面停车场并负担了2天的停车费用（周末免费）。还提供里斯本市内交通信息和推荐餐厅，方便第一次去的旅客参考。公寓本身不算很新（2000年的房子），但面积宽敞，设施齐全，洗碗机洗衣机咖啡机微波炉这些都很好用，甚至还有晾衣架，开着暖空调一晚就烘干衣服。做了三顿饭都很方便，电磁炉热起来很快，油烟机比较弱，排风效果一般。最重要的房东回应很快，服务极好，我whatsapp反馈有些餐具有破损缺口，还询问是否有隔热手套和围裙，他回答不知道餐具破损和没有隔热手套及围裙，退房后立刻就买来了新餐具、手套和围裙，还拍照给我看，欢迎我们下次入住，实在太贴心了。

房子本身老了一点，毕竟房龄26年了。卫生间没有暖气，较冷，也没有电热马桶座圈。铺了地毯稍微有点滑。停车位到了周末晚上会满，于是我们停在隔壁楼下，所幸周末没问题，也免费。总体来讲，性价比高，出行也方便。
