everything about this property was ideal for me close to my jobs and also food not too far away from property

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Well maintained. Welcoming and inviting, with pleasant decor. Ease of accessing key to property.

The toiletries smelt lovely but for someone who has sensitive skin the products were not suitable. ( Itchy skin). You could hear banging about through the walls and someone walking across floorboards above frequently, (normal family life but no different from being in a hotel when you can hear doors opening and shutting ) please note : This is not a issue or major problem only for information purposes. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet area, lots of parking. Host checked without being intrusive:-).

Mattress could be improved, very hard. But this might be personal.

This is a small but perfectly functional place for a short stay. It has everything you could need in a small area. Small fridge for milk and small drinks ( fans of small bottles) Bed is comfortable. There's only 1 chair but as my husband is disabled, he had the chair, a!lowing me to relax on the bed! Wi-Fi is excellent, wet room is beautiful! Parking available on the road outside the house, and an ideal location for exploring the beautiful town of Forres and stunning surrounding countryside, beaches and woodland walks!

The wet room, although ideal for me, wasn't really suitable for disabled folks. It would need grip rails, non slip mats, and possibly a chair ( my husband has mobility issues so struggled with his shower!

We were visiting family and had a six night stay. It was perfect for our needs and not far from where our son lives. The owner was very helpful and friendly. There was heating in the room if we needed it.

It was all good.

Perfect for what we needed for a night while visiting family. Would stay again.
