Converted garage. Very small. No room for luggage. No table for toiletries etc. View onto drive full of cars. Uncomfortable bed.

Location was very good. Very private. Value for money.

Was all good. No complaints.

Smart, comfortable, clean and quiet. Easy parking directly outside. Quiet, pleasant residential area. Not far from Chinese take away (it was good) , fish and chip shop, big Tesco, Lidl and restaurants. Would recommend putting a small, fold-up table in room, easy to store behind chair when not in use.

Spotless and well supplied with essentials for bed, bath and making coffee or tea. Owner let us check in an hour earlier than usual.

Barely enough floor space for two carryon bags. “Sitting area” is one chair wedged between the bed and wall.

could do with a net curtain on the window in addition to the black-out blind

The shower was amazing after a long wet day in the hills. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep
