FLH Príncipe Real Luxus Apartments

The apartment was very spacious, light, airy and comfortable.

We had washing machine and dishwasher but we’re not supplied with detergents or soap powder. We had to buy and ended up with too much.

The location is good. The apartment can hose 6 people.

The floor made a lot of noise when walking. The shower head with the hose joint was broken, leaking and the holder of the shower was loose. It could be repaired before we check in, even the host provided another access to another apartment, but not convenient.

staff doesn't have info on parking, they are not very helpful, doors in the apartment are super hard to open, as well as handles in the kitchen, lights in both rooms didn't work, check in process is super tedious.

Location was superb and a very lovely building. Great having a lift.

Very flat and worn out pillows. We were given notice that we would be met at the property and that didn't happen.

The apartment is situated in a nice area, close to pubs, cafes and restaurants. It is located within walking distance from the Allfama district and other nice areas of Lisbon. It is spacious, clean, with a big bathroom, ideal for a group of ladies ;) Flat is well- equipped, there is everything one needs for a comfy stay- towels, heaters, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and so on. Certainly does feel like home ☺️ The staff are friendly and respond promptly to enquiries.

Just a suggestion: the kitchen could use a cutting board and a drain board for the dishes. Also a kitchen cloth would be nice to wipe the table after meals.

system for entry is not good. Was difficult as we didn’t speak Portuguese. Eventually got help from another resident. Wi Fi code wasn’t clear wouldn’t connect after trying numerous connections!!
