FLH Príncipe Real Luxus Apartments

Spacious; bright; clean; comfortable; well-equipped; very good and quiet location with easy access to transport, shops, great bars and restaurants; big windows and good shutters; easy temperature controls; great view from the living room; lift; lovely towels! The duvets were rather worryingly thin but actually turned out to be the perfect weight and the sheets were soft cotton. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a week, very good value for money, and we were very happy.

The toilet flush had fallen off the wall so we had to reach inside the wall/cistern to use it; one of the bedside lamps had no plug; a very bright intermittent flashing light in the hall at night that we couldn't identify; and the sound of footsteps from the flat above. Minor irritants but irritants nevertheless. The sheets were rather threadbare to the extent that one had small holes.

The neighbour on the next floor above was very noisy and walking around the apartment above in the evening Not enough sharp knives Kitchen unit handles poor design and fridge, dishwasher very difficult to open

Great location, beautiful neighborhood, a lot of restaurants and caffee and bars around. The house was comfortable , spacious, big windows with great view and had all ameneties in the kitchen. The key delivery is done remotly, so you have to have internet to complete check in.

Weak lightening at evenings in the apartament, no whole body mirror and no extra blanket (the house was warm and each room had airconditioner , but we switched it off when sleeping as the air gets too dry)

Spacious appartment with wooden floors, central location, really quiet

The appartment wasnt very clean, the couch was old with a lot of stains, the cupboard handles were not clean. The toilet button was missing so it became difficult to flush the toilet and at one point stopped working and we had to contact the hosts to come and fix it. I asked them to tell us when they were coming and they didnt tell us, just came to fix it while we were out. They also didnt have any blankets

Great location, nice accommodations, very friendly staff

One thing only was not comfortable, we had a group of four people and two beds in the bedroom + pullout couch, which occupied the whole living area, leaving no other sitting space, but the dining table.

Very spacious and bright apartment set in a quiet location but only 5 minutes on foot from the heart of principe real. Very well equipped kitchen and beautiful open views from the dining area.

The light in the bathroom needs improvement as it is too low. The sofa bed is not the most comfortable.

Nothing in particular - maybe some coffe capaules for the nespresso would have been great :)
