FLH Príncipe Real Luxus Apartments

Good location. Nice apartment.

Some of the furniture had glitches but nothing too bad.

Clean and tidy flat with all family amenities. Big enough and air conditioner is so good.

Location at a steep slope, no bus arrive directly. The sofa bed is too soft that can't support well the body.

Location, spacious, pretty view from the windows, comfortable beds.

For check in we had to wait outside apartment for 20 minutes. There was lack of the mirrors inside the apartment, TV didnt work, toilet flush was broken, not enough hangers for the towels.

It was easy to come in to the apartment, even that we arrived after midnight. But it would be easier, to have a code system for the door of the apartment like it is already for the house entrance. With the current system, to call the FLH staff when you are in front of the door, is not the optimum. In case of connection issues it‘s difficult. Furthermore we got the request from others, who are living there, that we should be silent, but without speaking with the staff it wouldn’t be possible to get in. It would also be helpful, to have 2 keys for the apartment. In general the location of the appartment was great. We could walk to everything what we wanted to see.

Dirty floors, carpet and furnishings have spots. Walls are damage. All lighting was not enough.

The location is perfect. Also, the apartment is very shiny and spacious

Unfortunately, the apartment need renovation and some details for example there is only one mirror in hole apartment. The faucet in the bathroom was broken. Also before our arrival we had asked for extra sheets for the sofa and they had replied that this is possible but unfortunately we did not find any upon our arrival. They also leave trash inside the apartment building and the whole building smells awful. Also while they knew that our arrival is very late after midnight we did not find even a small bottle of water in the apartment for the welcome What made us very sad

The toilet flush was broken, you need to put your hand in the cistern to flush. Coffee machine and kettle, it will have been a nice touch a couple of coffee capsules or tea bags
