Apartment was clean and had a decent location - within walking distance to major areas.

No parking on lactation. Closest parking was a 10 minute walk and was expensive. Direct street parking was reserved for zone permit holders and free after hours street parking (between 7pm - 9am) was a 10 minute walk.

refused to give us toilet paper and hard to communicate with.

Location and views. Modern and clean.

Lighting in bathroom was inadequate.

Bathroom light without extractor broken whilst the extractor was so noisy that if one of us needed to use the bathroom during the night it would have woken everyone else, possibly the neighbours too! Tap in bathroom sink loose.

The place advertises itself as "luxus", but apart from the good location, nice view and good size the furnishing was rather basic (the sofa in the living room was even torn giving the entire place a degraded feel). No tea or coffee or water either, but that may not be so important after all. Apparently, the apartment is managed together with other apartments as a business so there is no personal fell to it whatsoever. We did run into some problems as well, which were eventually taken care of, but in a uncompassionate and unapologetic manner (building lock was replaced during the day and we could not open it with the old code upon return, number to call did not pick up, but after several attempts responded later by alerting another guest in the building to open the door for us in the middle of the night).

Amazing and really spacious apartment with modern furnitures, perfect location, all the needed facilities included.
