FLH Príncipe Real Luxus Apartments

Location, the room view, the elevator, the kitchen were good. Bed was comfortable.

Entering and exiting was a problem. The locks were different and difficult to operate. I did ask for help and on the second ask, the locks began operating better. The couch had a large rip on the arm. Unopened boxes were in the common area, like they were still moving stuff in. There were no luggage racks to keep our luggage off the floor.

Jamás me dieron el apartamento FLH Príncipe de Lux a cambio nos metieron en una guardilla que para acostarme me pegaba la cabeza con el techo, vivíamos agachados en los dormitorios, y para poner el lavarropas había que agacharse , no había horno, el baño se inundaba y encima el ascensor te dejaba en el 5 piso y había que subir las valijas 5 por una escalera, la mugre de la entrada era tremenda, sentí que fui estafada en todos los aspectos, sin contar con que me dejaron con las valijas abajo de la lluvia porque me daban mal la contraseña para tomar las llaves y jamás nadie vino a ayudarme

El departamento la limpieza el barriola falta de comodidad, no teníamos lo más imprescindible para pasar unos días de vacaciones

L'emplacement, la facilité de gestion (clefs...), les draps et serviettes incluses, la cuisine équipée , la vue et l'appart traversant, le calme du quartier, la clim disponible, la salle de bain spacieuse, la grande table a manger.

Le grille pain qui fait sauter les plombs, Le canapé déchiré et pas super propre, La tête de lit en tissu sale (traces noires), Les murs fins, on entend les voisins comme si ils marchaient dans notre appart.

O apartamento é muito confortável e bem localizado, a vista para Lisboa é o ponto alto. As camas são muito confortáveis.

A única observação é que a pia do banheiro está entupida.

The neighborhood was great — calm streets but still very close to nice bars and restaurants. The apartment had a wonderful view and was overall a good place to stay in Lisbon.

The cleanliness could have been better. Also, the bathroom tap opener was broken and the water didn’t go through the hand-washing sink properly.

Really comfortable and clean. Great location. Everything supplied that was needed. Fantastic air-conditioning and shower. Would highly recommend 👌

El piso está chulo y bien equipado

Está muy bien para dos. Pero si van más personas el sofá está algo cochambroso. No se permiten dejar las maletas ni a la ida ni a la vuelta por lo que supone un coste de dinero y molestia adicional.
