L'appartement est tres bien situé en plein centre de Lisbonne. Le lit double était très confortable, les lits simples plus fermes (différents oreillers plus ou moins moelleux selon votre goût). La température de la climatisation est réglable d'une pièce à l'autre. L'appartement est bien équipé pour pourvoir prendre des repas sur place. Merci à Maxwell qui nous a accueilli et a rapidement resolu le problème de machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée.

Il n'y a plus d'accès à une piscine : le site de booking n'est pas à jour (partenairiat arrêté depuis le covid) garer une voiture à proximité de l'appartement est possible et facile mais il faut compter environ 22€ la journée.

Very clear instructions as to parking, near by. The keys were handed over personally and instructions provided, as needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisbon. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family trip. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and within walking distance of tram 28 and several pick-up points for day trips. The internet was excellent, which was a big plus while traveling with kids. What really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff—when we accidentally left a passport behind, they brought it to the airport incredibly quickly. Highly recommended!

Location is not suited for seniors - not recommended.

Nothing - location is great but very difficult to walk up and down.

The accommodation support are dishonest and Booking.Com also did not support with my complaint. When we arrived we were left standing in the rain for 20mins whilst I had to call and find out how to access the appartment. We were then told we were not expected and Maxwell who looks after the appartment was on holiday. The appartment also had not been cleaned. Eventually we managed to get in the lobby when someone came out. We then received a call from Maxwells son who gave us the access code to get in the appartment and leave our cases. It was now 5pm and we had a table booked for 7.30pm at a wine and tapas bar. We could not freshen up and change so we decided to just go out as there was no time frame of when the appartment would be ready. I sent a message to remind them there were 3 of us in case they were unaware of the detail due to apparently not being aware of our booking. I received a message at 8.30pm saying the appartment was ready but by this time we were at the restaurant and no point in returning in the middle of our night out. On waking the next morning I grabbed the towel that had been left on my bed and realised it was soaking wet. I'm assuming they were not aware there were 3 of us and quickly laundered a towel. Not sure how they thought it would dry folded up, or why they didn't place on the towel rail and admit their error. As we only had 3 nights, I did not want to become embroiled in a dispute and overshadow what time we had. Apart from an apology on what's app and some leftover food in the fridge that they thought would serve as an apology there was nothing else. Possibly a bottle of wine would have been a nice gesture and make us feel more forgiving but nothing. The next message we had was to leave the city tax of 18euros on the table on departure.

The apartment was spacious and had everything for a very pleasant stay. The added feature of Netflix was a bonus. The location was great, close to the amenities, shops, bars and restaurants a short stroll away.

The apartment was a the top of a very steep hill - not suitable for elderly or disabled people. It was also on the corner of a very busy street, so you couldn't really have the French doors open as was way too noisy in the appt. The electricity kept tripping out, you could only have the oven on and not other appliances at the same time. These were a few niggles but didn't spoil our stay at all.

Great location with good facilities. Apartment was clean and staff were friendly.

Listing suggested there was a sofa bed. We ended up having to put 2 children on a single bed to fit everyone in the apartment. There was a single mattress in the storage room but this is not comparable to a sofa bed.
