Luxury Apartment in City Centre - Avenida da Liberdade

Clean, spacious, beautiful apartment in a great location. We would definitely go back.

First of all, the photos in the ad do not match real condition of the apartment. On August 4th 2024, me and my family (two adults and three kids under 10) were supposed to move into these apartments. The ad said that we can come till 11pm, but in reality, the contact told us that he would not wait for us and would leave the keys in an Indian store nearby. Imagine walking around with 3 small kids after the long drive, trying to find some unknown Indian shop in a completely new city, and then trying to find someone to give you’re the keys, and then finding the apartment. So we asked the guy on the phone to stay, basically begged him, even though it is his job to meet us. When we arrived, a man met us and quickly handed over the keys and left, we did not even have the opportunity to inspect the apartment. After the inspection, we found terrible unsanitary conditions, hair from previous guests in the bed, the microwave which was dirty inside and outside, tablecloths that were dirty and stained, bed linen covered and towels covered in stains. All the dishes were dirty and unwashed, the refrigerator had an unpleasant smell, with some old bottle of milk and a bottle of water. Two half-eaten croissants were on the table.The apartment is completely unsafe for children, because the exit from the kitchen to the balcony has no railings and you can fall down to the neighbors. The toilet door handle is broken, all the doors are broken too. We found mold on the walls, which they had tried to paint over. Everything in the apartment was old and broken and the smell of dampness was everywhere.We left the keys and moved into the apartments The lift apartments by RIDAN Hotels, which we highly recommend for anyone traveling with kids. Excellent apartments to everyone, great reception staff, they understood our situation and showed us everything in advance, after which we booked the apartment through Booking.com and moved in. We wrote a several complaints to booking.com, but no resluts

This was a beautiful, spacious apartment with air conditioning throughout. It was a great location and very secure. Everyone we encountered through the property was so helpful. Everything we needed was on hand from coffee machines to fridge freezers to washing machines.

A very nice place, a/c in all rooms, shutters make sure one can be comfortable in the rooms only the street noise was difficult yo lock out. Even parking was possible.

It's really noisy street, and whilst we are no tv junkies it was not clear how ro use the tv. Overall nice place

Communications with Maxwell were excellent. Apartment was Comfortable, well equipped and in a good location to explore Lisbon

Strange smell in the entrance. Lighting could be better in lounge (lamps needed)

Good location. Very good television package. Well equipped kitchen. Living and dining room was good.

Poor lighting in bathroom and kitchen. Certainly adequate but it falls far short of being a luxury apartment.

The apartment is well situated in town, and super comfortable for a family. Maxwell, the host agent, was super on point and really responsive; he made it great! I would definitely stay here again with my family of 4. Wifi was great too, for work purposes.

kitchen utensils need some updating. the knives and pans were in need of some attention.
