Pilar - Alfama River View

I orderd from booking in the last 10 years about 100 reservations, and this was the biggest disappointment for us. The place is dirty, smells like mold all over. Not closed to anything. The parking place is too far from the apartment , and we walked back in about 20 minutes. It was small. The rooms divided by a cartoon. It was a miserable 2 nights

Some staff in the kitchen weren't cleaned and there was mold inside. Big minus for that. Staff in the kitchen was old and damaged. I mean pans and pots. Door in the bathroom was loud

Good location! Cozy rooms and beautiful view ! There are interesting antique/souvenirs market ,good restaurants and cafes.

- Recommended paid parking was difficult to find through Google maps (Parque Santa Apolónia Telpark) because it lead us to a dead end multiple times, it may be an error with Google maps, it kept leading us underneath the overpass. So we sorted our own parking until the parking out the front of the apartment became free on the weekends (During specific times). Tip: Just make sure to park across the road close to the trees and not directly out the front of the building which we later found out through the host

Amazing view from the apartment. The river , pantheon and nearby church. Looking out to an open square. Checkin and checkout was easy, building has lift. Host was helpful. Apartment was clean, kitchen appliances and hot water was working fine. Nice sunny kitchen with french balcony. Friendly coffee shops nearby.

No hot water. Smells of drains. No hot water. Not coffee, tea or hot drinks. Open electrical plug by television, unsafe for children.

The apartment was a lovely size and had everything you might need. The view was absolutely stunning, looks so much better in real life. I wish we had booked to stay longer. The host was great and answered straight away when we called regarding check in... Also very very good value for money 😁
