Clean, perfectly located and our host was very available and helpful

If you don't need a lot of sleep, don't have a suitcase to carry up three floors, and want to be in the heart of Lisbon, this is a good place. Host provided new towels on third day after our request. Excellent location, spacious.

I cannot believe the host hasn't fixed some issues that continue to appear in the comments and that would be easily fixable. -The bed in the master bathroom has 160cm mattress on a cheap 140 cm metal frame. Believe me those cheap 20 centimeters make a difference! If you sleep by yourself you may be okay if you don't move. If you sleep with someone else, you either roll off the bed, or you are woken up by the screeches of the frame. Those are not squeaks! The frame screams as soon as you move. We ended up sleeping separately as there's a kid's bedroom with single beds that were somewhat comfortable. Truly I don't understand why the host hasn't purchased an appropriate frame with the right length for the mattress or changed the mattress too match the frame. -There is a large a zebra carpet in the entrance that covers damage on the floor. The carpet is absolutely filthy not just dirty. Cigarette burns, spots, hair, etc. -Same for the floors. Took a shower and forgot my slippers in the bedroom. By the time I got them the soles of my feet were black! -There is no drying towel in the kitchen, and very limited supplies. -The front door stopper is a spike in the floor- there is no cover. - Glad I read the comments on Booking as there was no info on how to get in (no name next to the ringers), so I rang a couple door bells. We were allowed in by the cleaning lady just to drop off our bags at 1PM- check in is at 4PM. I understand that the host cannot add an elevator to an old building or chang the loud Tramway route. However, paying attention to the comments, making some effective, mainly inexpensive, repairs/changes and cleaning thoroughly would make a huge difference for the guests. This has been our most disappointing experience with Booking.com

It was like a solving puzzle but i think she should explain us about how we can discover keys.

This apartment had any view and less natural light. Attic room had short slanted ceilings and my wife and daughter's heads hitted the ceiling several times. The door of washing machine destroyed and washing machine was ubusable. She should solve the problem before our coming. When we usedone of air conditions, waters came down from air condition and pass from outlet. The water had collected on the floor after passing through the outlet.It was so dangerous and it could make an bad accident. We were lucky but she should repaired it before.This apartment is very depressing and boring and it was not suitable for the price which paid. Building didn’t have elevator and it was so hard to go up with our baggages.

They don’t have elevator very bad for kids and seniors

The apartment was clean and well equipped.

I was sleeping in the main room on the couch and the street below was quite noisy but that is to be expected as there are tram tracks.

Location is perfect to explore the best of Lisbon
