The location was fab and felt safe and secure. The bedding was clean and fresh.

We arrived late at night but had no instructions on how to get into the apartment but eventually managed to contact the owner. The apartment was not entirely clean but not really dirty either. There is dampness in the apartment so we found it had a bit of a less fresh smell. The ‘double’ bed is a mattress on 2 single bed frames so it hangs off and every slight move makes the frame squeak. There isn’t any basic cleaning or food supplies, I.e washing up liquid, cloth, tea or coffee which I think is needed in an apartment on a few days city break.

Location location location! And fantastic breakfast place across the street! And old tramway station. Everything is walkable from here. Oh, I love this place...

Great location, easy check-in experience, responsive host.

Photos do not accurately represent the apartment. It desperately needs repairs. We found broken floorboards, spiky nails sticking through the floorboards in other places (ripped a sock in the first 10 minutes in the apartment), broken furniture, dirty window blinds with holes in them and the AC in the living room leaked water. Bathroom ventilation did not work either. The location was great, but that's the only thing the apartment had going for it...

Very good location, directly in the heart of the city. Old traditional building, well renovated and furnished. Clean and cozy

Difficult parking situation

Location fabulous also lots of space and comfortable beds. Nice fold out sofa.

Nothing but just be aware team 28 goes past road can be loud in lounge room but not in bedrooms so not an issue.
