A localização é o único ponto positivo

O lugar é bem ruim , o local é para no max um casal ! A água quente só dá para um banho e o disjuntor cai a cada 5 mim. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar Não vale o investimento.

Ubicación perfecta en la Alfama, junto al mirador. Sitio pequeño pero con encanto y acogedor. 2 adultos y 2 niñas.

Las escaleras del acceso del portal y la puerta...muy estrecha y empinada.

Incredible location, hosts were lovely and reactive on messages for any of our questions, beds were comfy, good facilities

The shower had quite a strong sewage smell our whole stay. It was a big squeeze with 4 of us but would be perfect for 2-3 people!

Location was pretty central to where we wanted to go. 5 min walk to Castelo de São Jorge, the famous view from Miradouro de Santa Luzia and restaurants around the area. I also felt safe in and around the neighbourhood. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They provided very detailed instructions on how to check in which was very helpful. There was a coffee machine with pods and cute little mugs ready to be used. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable.

It's to be expected given how hilly Lisbon is but there were many steps we had to walk down in order to get to the hotel. The front door was narrow unless you had both doors opened. The stairwell leading to our room was also very narrow. It's a good idea not to travel with heavy luggage as it was difficult to navigate. The first night the automatic lights on the hallway didn't turn on so it was hard to see, we had to use our phone flashlights but worked fine afterwards. There is no air in the bathroom and the window was hard to reach to open so scents got trapped in there. There was also a tourist tax we had to pay and we had to leave our passport information on a piece of paper which made me uncomfortable doing so I hope they come up with a better solution to that issue. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I know what to expect so I wouldn't mind staying again!
