Location is great, close to many sites, transit and restaurants.

The building is not sound proof so the flat is only as quiet as your neighbours are. As well, stairs up to the flat are very narrow and steep, which may be a consideration for some people although the flat is only up one flight.

-In the description there was a point about dishwasher, but there is no dishwasher -Weak wifi -the apartment is too tiny (good for 2 people, so-so for 4 people)

only complaint was that the circuit blew twice while blow drying my hair
