Very good location, friendly and helpfull check in. You can reach the city center by foot in 10 min. No breakfast but you can find a lot of places with various breakfast next to the apartment.

Drain-pipe of the upper flat or flats goes throgh the ceiling of the living room and it was noisy.

The property is located in an elite complex. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. It's within walking distance of tourist attractions. There's a market and shopping mall nearby. Free parking is also a great advantage.

You need to change the cleaning company immediately. The facility was clearly filthy. On the first day, we were asked to pay city tax, and in cash, without any documentation. This was very disturbing. This was the first time I've encountered such a request. Kitchen supplies were missing, and only some of our requests were fulfilled. The water heater constantly malfunctioned when we wanted to shower and had to be reset. We had to do this twice or more during the shower. Worst of all, open items used by previous guests were left in the kitchen and bathroom for new guests. Dear host, you cannot keep open tomato paste, sauces, shampoos, and creams used by others in the kitchen and bathroom, except for packaged and disposable items.

Great location very close to the old city. Rute met us at the property and provided lots of useful information for sight seeing as well as information relating to the apartment.

Extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work very well. A small point but the shower steam takes a long time to clear.

Had to keep unplugging the hot water heater to get hot water. Some neighbor dogs that barked a LOT!!!

The property was very nice in a renovated Palace! Our room was overlooking to courtyard so it was very quiet. There were several convenience stores very close and a grocery store within walking distance. It was also very close to the Barrio Alto with lots of bars and restaurants (about 10-15 min walk)

Everything was great- however it is on a big hill, but that’s to be expected for Lisbon!

Only niggle is there is no where to hang your towels in the bathroom!
