Very close to center of Lisbon, the tram was right outside of property and in walking distance to all restaurants that were recommended to us. We Loved enclosed condos in a courtyard setting as it was very quite a night when retiring to bed. Garage was a plus even though we did not need parking after all.

Nothing it was perfect

The apartments have a special location. The famous Tram 28 is right outside the door. Right nearby is the iconic Yellow Funicular. There is a grocery store next to the house and small restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Access by car is complicated as there are no street parking spaces and you will have to park directly on the tram line. This is not exceptional in this area, parking in Lisbon's Old Town is a challenge everywhere. The apartments are cozy, modern and have a large seating area. Bathroom with two washbasins, windows closed with external blinds. The air conditioner works properly.

This apartment is newly renovated but has problems with mould. The walls in the apartment and the corridors are contaminated with it.

Fantastic location, peaceful surroundings in a secure compound. On-site parking was great recommend small car if driving. Great communication with contact Almundena who met us on arrival. She gave us a fantastic run-down of the best to see and do in Lisbon ( even walked us to a shop in the rain to help us buy Metro tickets) Also gave us some not to be missed local gems in lisbon and sintra .

The apartment was beautiful and set in a wonderful complex off the main street. It is spacious and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring Bairro Alto, Alfama and surrounding areas. It's easy to get to pretty much anywhere for sightseeing.
