Traditional Apartment with a Terrace, AC and Fast Internet

We enjoyed our stay overall and found the apartment to be in a great location within walking distance of the old town. The host was very welcoming — they came by after we arrived to help us set up the sofa bed and explain the apartment and neighborhood, and also checked in a few times during our stay, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, the kitchen is well stocked, the washer is a great addition, and the terrace is spacious and comfortable.

The layout is a bit awkward with narrow walkways, which made the space feel quite small even for two people traveling light. The air conditioning is only in the living room and can’t be adjusted by temperature, only fan speed, and unfortunately wasn’t very strong — the apartment often felt stuffy. Our biggest issue was on the last morning when very loud, continuous banging started from the apartment above around 7am and lasted until we checked out at 11am. The host explained that the upstairs unit had just been purchased and may be undergoing renovations, but it was an unpleasant way to end the stay. Hopefully this is only temporary, as the noise would make it difficult to rest if it continued.

Apartamento bien equipado para hacer muy agradable la estancia en Lisboa. Muy bien ubicado. Cerca del centro. Hay un parking público en la calle de arriba que facilita el aparcamiento. Nuno e Isabel fueron muy amables y nos proveían información sobre todo lo que necesitamos. Muy recomendable.

Estaba todo muy nuevo y la terraza muy acogedora a la caída del calor. Nuno y Gonçalo muy atentos y preocupados porque estuviésemos cómodos. Buenas comunicación en todo momento.

El textil no parecía como cuando entras en un hotel que está planchada. Y el olor era un poco a humedad. Y bueno,la ubicación no era del todo idónea, solo había una linea de tranvía. Está en lo alto con mucha zona de cuestas.

This is a well-furnished apartment, on the ground floor of a building that is well-equipped with a big double bed, nice outside terrace, nice size bathroom, nice kitchen with a small fridge and a washing machine installed and a nice living room with a couch and a small dining table. It is in Graça neighborhood which is one of the nicer neighborhoods of Lisbon. It is well-connected by Public Transport, bus number 712 on one end of the street and bus # 734, 10B and Tram 28 on the other end of the street. It is a smaller apartment but it should be sufficient for 2 people max and note the building is located at the end of a steep street road.

The apartment is located at the end of a very steep street road so every time one has to go out of the apartment, one needs to walk up the steep street, which is common in Lisbon. But to note that workout. Also as the apartment is on the ground floor, and adjacent to the main door of the building, one will hear every time the main door to the building is opened and closed and when people go up and down the building stairs. One will hear all the sounds.

Good location for us, very nice patio/terrace, amenities.

It was quite small and no place to put clothes, no drawers, or cabinet.

Close location of apartment to main areas of Lisbon but in a quiet area. Access to Tram 28 for travel to main attractions.

The neighbourhood is calm and central at the same time; the apartment is compact and has everything you’ll want and need; and Nuno was a fantastic host, giving us tips and heartfelt stories from Graça and Lisbon.

You couldn't get a better location. Bus/tram one block away. Also very walkable.

Two was max for the place. This is an older city, all places are on the smaller side.
