Skvělá lokalita, obchody, restaurace v nejbližším okolí. Dopravní dostupnost výborná - 8 minut pěšky na metro.

Okna do ulice by si zasloužila alespoň protihlukovou folii, když ne izolační trojskla. Zavádějící informace o rozloze bytu - je sice asi 90 m2, ale jedna místnost není přístupná - takže k dispozici cca minus 20 m2. Pro naši skupinu to nevadilo.

Apartment was very suitable for 4 adults, had a full kitchen, and air conditioning. Parking was nerve wracking, so make sure you have a small car! Host gave excellent instructions for apartment and how to use parking elevator. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Lisbon.

"Great location but apartment could do with a bit of work"

The location of the property is great, however it is on a main road and hard to park the car on the footpath, then access the building, go up the lift to get to the lock box, then go inside to get the key for the garage, then have to move the car so it could be angled to fit the car elevator (very tight fit and not for the faint hearted!). The apartment is a good size, although I don't know why the double bed is in the big room with a small single when the other room has two singles in it.

The apartment needs some work on it, the curtains in the bedroom we used didn't go the entire length of the windows and in one case the curtain rod on one end was just hanging off. It is quite dark in the lounge area. Just needs some care and attention

El apartamento era muy espacioso para 5 personas y una niña. Camas cómodas y muy fácil el acceso sin tener que quedar con la persona que gestiona el apartamento.

El acceso al garaje un poco complicado para aparcar

Лесен достъп. Оживен район, с уреден транспорт и много заведения наоколо. Удобни легла.

Наличието на базови продукти като сол, пипер и чай ще бъде високо оценено от гостите. Спалните са към оживен булевард и трафикът би пречил на по-чувствителните гости.
