Olivier Design Apartments - Downtown Lisbon - floors 2, 3, no lift

It was very well furnished

Towels and lines were disappointing. They only gave us one towel for 4 days. They forgot to put towels in both rooms.

Location was perfect

Great location with easy access to nearby amenities and transport links to further afield. Decor and facilities were perfect - comfy beds, warm showers and a well equipped kitchen.

Very easy check-in. Perfect location, near the most central tourist area, little busy area, but I loved it. Great apartment, very charming decoration, with everything you may need.

Old building without lift, I stayed on the 3rd floor, so go upstairs with a lot of bags can be exhausting. The flat is in a good condition, but the drains in both bathrooms' shower areas were a bit clogged, causing water to pool up.

The location is amazing,it is in the very city center. Close to all the sightseeing places, on a quite street. Amazing brunch place is just next door, that is very convenient.

I believe that for such price, the apartment could be maintained much better ( see photos) . Also I didn’t expect that I should bring my own shampoo and soap , as there was nothing left in the bathroom. such a small detail could really improve the overall experience.

The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and the location is great. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for 2 couples traveling together. One BR has a double bed and the other has 2 twin-size beds pushed together. The towels were fluffy and the bathrooms spacious. There is a small kitchen with refrig/dishwasher/washing machine. There are dishes, pots and pans, glasses and basic spices and oils for cooking.

First, although parking is included, the parking is in a city lot some distance away. You have to go to the apartment and pick up the ticket, then go to the garage. We could not find the apartment (see photo of entrance to street below--you turn into the street under the yellow building arch). After driving in circles (I could have passed that street entrance 10x and still not realized that was it!), we parked in another city garage and took a taxi to the apartment. We could not even find the garage that is included! Second, it is a 3rd floor walkup (not mentioned in the listing), in a very old building. So the ceilings are high and 3 floors is more like 4-5. If you will be in and out multiple times, climbing the stairs will get old fast!

The location is perfect! The apartment is very stylish! It has everything that's needed(including necessities like oil and salt in the kitchen, coffee, and washing liquids).

The living room may be on a smaller side and it wasn't very convenient to sit comfortably for 5 people, but we didn't spend a lot of time in it, so overall it wasn't a big problem.
