Brand New Downtown Apartment

Great brand new clean apartment in nice part of the city

It’s in a great location. Everything is in walking distance. Downstairs is a beautiful club where you can have a drink without having to walk far. The apartment is very clean. It has a sleeping room and a separate living room. We loved the shower. Everything was clean. We had enough space to store our luggage and clothes for a 10 day stay. The host was super friendly and helpful. If we had a question, he answered quickly and was very helpful. The apartment comes with a washing machine which was very convenient, especially because we stayed a little longer.

The apartment is in the direct neighborhood of a nightclub. The nightclub is very popular. People are standing outside on the street during the night until 2:30 am, talking, laughing, hanging out. If you are amongst them it’s awesome. If you want to sleep you need earplugs. :-) The apartment has already super insulated windows. That’s takes a lot of the noise away though… I guess you have to swallow the noise-pill if you want to stay downtown. We would come back.

It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and the owners provided complete instructions and were very responsive. Nice location within walking distance of a wide range of restaurants and activities.

The stairs were a bit narrow so if you have a lot of heavy luggage, it might be difficult to carry up

I could not figure out how to open the door of the building without slamming it against the wall.

Good position for sightseeing. Clean. Enough space for a couple for a few days trip.

As noted by others, stairs are steep & quite narrow. Some noise from street but to be expected in centre of a city/ tourist centre.

The apartment is in a great location. Everything is close on foot. Very nice and helpful owner. If I'm ever in Lisbon again, I'll be happy to come back!
