Brand New Downtown Apartment

I could write an essay on everything we loved! Fantastic location, vibrant and fun with great nightlife. The bar and cafe under the apartment are must visits. The apartment itself was a brilliant size, extremely comfortable and felt like home by the time we left! The bed was really comfortable and the little nook in the bedroom was a great little bonus. Kitchen is well stocked and was great for wipping breakfast up, there's a little supermarket just up the street.

Nice, modern apartment. It is on the second floor and the stairs are a little steep and narrow.

Nice, clean, cozy apartment. Nice location, 3 min walk to 28E tram station, 5-10 min to Timeout market or Pink street.

The wireless restarts after about 5-10 minutes, some street noise from the street and/or from the neighboring bar. The access is only by stairs, there is no elevator, so I do not recommend it to those with mobility problems.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The bed is very big and comfortable. The dining area is also quite large and bright. It is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook (we didn't cook in the apartment but you really could if you wanted to cook and eat in the apartment). The bathroom is clean and modern, and the shower cabin is very spacious. Very easy self check-in system, having access trough door locker code. The location of the apartment is right in the old center, very close on foot to the main tourist attractions in the old center. It is also close (1-3 minutes walk) to bus or tram stops (tram 28). We (2 adults and a 5-year-old child) fully enjoyed the facilities and location of this apartment and spent almost a week in wonderful and impressive Lisbon. We would definitely like to come back to this apartment when we visit Lisbon again. Maybe 2 small and friendly suggestions to improve the customer experience even more: 1) I think it would be useful to mount a hanger on the wall in front of the entrance door (behind the bathroom door) where you can leave your jackets more easily. 2) It might also be useful to have a holder for soap and shampoo inside the shower cabin.

Well equipped apartment in a great location right next to the party zone. Communication with the host was very easy, picking up the key from the key box made it easy to get in, even if you arrive late. The apartment is new and modern, the dishwasher was a real pleasure. The bed is comfortable, and have enough place in in the apartment. The bathroom is beautiful, the design is great. The noise can be heard from the street, but no one should expect anything else if they book in the area. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor, which is accessed by narrow stairs, but the staircase is clean and tidy. I can only recommend it to those looking for accommodation in the area!

Well equipped, beautiful apartment. The center is really close and traim 28 stop is only 2 minutes from the apartment. The host is absolutely helpful.
