Stylish Apt in Saldanha Central Lisbon Living

Location is great - Saldanha is an attractive area with great metro access and lots of supermarkets, restaurants etc.

Aircon extractor piping had perished at the back, so the aircon pumped hot air straight back into the apartment. Getting the shower to stay at an even temperature was next to impossible. The handheld toilet bidet head needs replacing so that it does not spray everywhere. The apartment door locking system's timing for auto-relock is way to quick for an exit. (It is also confronting) The stairwell lights go out very quickly, making descending the stairs challenging. Needs a fresh coat of paint. Room instructions were onerous and the signs used took away from the appearance of the apartment. This is the most difficult process I have ever had to follow to enter an apartment. If I had booked for longer than 2 nights I would have been requesting some kind of refund/remediation.

Es un apartamento precioso ,muy bien decorado , limpio y luminoso .Tiene cerca un parking y la boca del metro .

Que no tiene parking tienes que alquilarlo tú, por tu cuenta.

L'appartement est confortable, agréable et situé dans le centre ville de Lisbonne. Tout est à proximité, c'est parfait. À noter pour le stationnement, le parking situé sous le Lidl à 12 euros pour 24 heures.

Climatisation insuffisante ( climatiseur mis dans un coins dans un balcon vitré, il ne refroidissait pas le logement ) chaleur insoutenable dans la chambre ( en juillet )

The location is excellent. Very close to the subway and also close to a supermarket and restaurants. The appartment is cozy and everything worked and everything I needed was there. There is plenty space. Comfy bed too! Entry into the building and appartment worked without issue every time.

The elevators in the building are interesting. One wasn't working and the others approval seal expired in 2022. Not great, but you can always walk up the 100+ steps. Definitely not a deal breaker.

- Msleadingly description- air conditioning was only provided in the living room, while the bedroom had poor ventilation, making it unbearably hot - Problematic toilet flushing system with water pumping issues - Incompatible bathroom socket that prevented using the hair dryer - Faulty electronic door mechanism that would sometimes rattle and make unsettling noises, even when not opening or closing which was highly disruptive and made us insecure. - Excessive communication from the host, including unnecessary inquiries about the check-out time which was already stated - Unresolved request for twin beds, with the host incorrectly blaming me for not requesting it in advanced
