Stylish Apt in Saldanha Central Lisbon Living

The location was great, next to the train and a few stops from my daily destination. It was on multiple lines, so you can easily get downtown as well. The views were really nice and bed super comfortable. I also appreciated having a washing machine and drying rack.

The water heater was on the fritz, jumping to boiling then shutting off. I was asked to try and fix the situation myself by buying new batteries and installing them, which didn’t work. Ultimately it was so close to my departure date and I was busy with work, but also the rental company was unavailable to come and repair it until the day before I left. There was an air conditioner, which was ok in the living room, but did not really cool the bedroom. The apartment is on the 6th floor so it got quite warm. The elevator broke at one point so I had to walk up a couple of times. It was repaired the next day.

- Telma is personal. She is very kind, helpful and intelligent in the sphere she works. - The bed was quite comfortable. - Kitchen equipment was refilled by Telma and was sufficient. - Interior was interesting for me, despite everything was old and worn.. - Supermarket is in the yard and very good one. - Metro station in very close. - the flat is in the quite and appropriate area.

- The flat is worn and old. - Cleaners are not professional. I was offered interim cleaning and observed cleaning brigade job, so I know what I'm saying. The flat is not very clean. - toilet is not taking easily your puppy.

The apartment was comfortable, great location with a supermarket right across and we were provided with a baby crib and baby chair. Telma was very accommodating to our requests.

The elevator 😩 I could barely fit my stroller and baby bag inside and it’s a very old elevator with railings

Liked pretty much everything about this cute apartment: facilities, cleanliness, location and the overall state of the place. Plus the very easy communication with the staff (got clear instructions from the very first moment).

Location, Wifi, comfortable place. Even though the method of getting in the apartment is very risky and complicated, I don't know how one would do it without internet, there were keys inside so getting in and out was easier.

The building has a horrible lift that doesn't always work. The kitchen is incomplete. The sheets weren't fitted and they moved a lot when people slept on them. The hot water is flakey, it runs out of it during showers. It made me learn how to wash my entire body under 3 minutes.

Just look at the images I uploaded - mold everywhere (kitchen, bathroom and bedroom) - unclean kitchen - dirty stinky bathroom (smelled like urin) - unsafe elevator - complicated check-in process - owners were unresponsive to the messages I had to call them and they responded after fourth call

Location was not to bad. It was not in the centre of the city but was near the bus stop and metro. The apartment was comfortable. There is a lift to the apartment but very small.

It was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment but there was only 2 beds. The sofa could not have been used as a sleeper couch. The shower was a gas gyser but was not functioning properly.

Super cozy apartmemt located in proximity to center. We loved the self check-in option as we arrived quite late at night. Telma is an amazing host, keen on her guests feeling welcomed and informed.

The apartment had minor damages but Telma was very proactive in fixing them fast.
