The property was very good for us. Private, clean, and safe. The host was very nice, friendly, and extremely easy to communicate. Her English was very good. Little garden and patio with yoga mat for those who like to use it. The location was also good, close to everything we needed: shop with groceries, beach, walking Malecom, tourist attractions, and the church. Good value for the price

The location wasn’t bad. Everything else was poor.

Very cheap construction and amenities. Poor client service and communication. I was charged 5% of the total amount without notice cause I payed by credit card. Noisy. Dogs barking and roosters. You could also here every noise through the fake walls even when the other tenants use the bathroom.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay in one of the apartments! There is also a common area where you can sit and chat with others and a chair outside your own room. The apartment is very cozy, we found what we needed in the kitchen as well. Great pressure in the shower. Thin walls, good to know if you are sensitive for that. I would love to come back!

It was artfully decorated and very comfortable. The location was close to everything and very quiet at night.

The room is all that one would need, complete with fridge, hotstove,sink,micro,& solo coffeepot. The bed Is comfortable. The neighborhood is quaint.

The property is long & narrow, rooms along one side,with a gravel yard. 4meters from your room is a chainlink fence where gaurd dogs of the vacant lot live. They are VERY GOOD at their job, barking when they see Anything and everything. The property is closed in by a wall on the street side with a locked door (next to the vacant lot) to enter. . . I was just woken by a banging hard on the door, yelling for one of the renters at the far end...dogs were doing their job...Units 1&2 (attached) are immediately inside the wall. There is no privacy for these, from each other or passers-by-anything happening in one unit is heard in the other....the renter is currently watching TV & may have a hearing disability. Or not. The linens are washed with a strong & harsh perfume added. THIS SHOULD BE STOPPED, it is not necessary to smell this in your bed, as some people are sensitive, and there's no way to avoid this smell. . .fabric softener is enough if needed. The bed was somewhat firm, comfortable and did not hurt when I rose. A shame. The dogs, the neighbors, the entry & parfume - ...but it worked for a night.

It's an efficiency o studio:you get a fridge,a gas kitchen where you can prepare your own dishes(La ley supermarket is not far) Cleaned beautifully decorated.

Excellent location 5 min walk to centre Cost is great Cute room with Fridge AC and cooker. Hot shower The host Majo was super helpful and kind.
