Appartement bien équipé, grande salle de bain, facile d'accès et instructions pour y arriver très claire, bonne communication avec le propriétaire, restaurants bars et métro à proximité, les travaux ne sont pas dérangeants

Très bruyant et mal insonorisé (rue et voisins) , le petit déjeuner n'est pas un vrai petit déjeuner comme dans les autres locations où il est inclus, là c'est thé/café et petits gâteaux, mais ça dépanne quand même avant d'aller en prendre un à l'extérieur

"Great location but..."

Very well equipped studio flat in a great location.

The bed was uncomfortable and the building was undergoing massive long-term Internal building work. Ceilings were down in the hallway and the corridor floors were just rough concrete. Light switches in the corridors were hanging loose.

"Poor"

The location is downtown👍

The room is renovated but the building is under construction. Many hours noizy and fool of dust outside and inside the flat.No internet also. We mentioned that to the owner but never fixed it and never someone comes to clean the room from the dust.

"A really good experience near to everything in Madrid"

the placement was really good too many stores near, the Gran vía was very close it was no far away from the metro station

The building is being remodeled therefore there are some noise in the morning till 3

"Loved it"

Beautifully cleaned and renovated! Plenty of space for the two of us in a beautiful location of Madrid.

Unfortunately the building was under construction during our stay but the noise was not unbearable. Would’ve been nice if the construction began out of Season.
