- Great host - Location!!! - Full kitchenette with the fridge and kettle - Dishes, pots and cutlery - Hot water and good shower preasure - It was clean - Fresh towels provided

- It's very noisy in the evening. You'll hear your neighbours TV and people partying very well. Bring your ear plugs! - We had a strong smell from the toilet. The owner installed TWO (!!!) automatic air fresheners which replaced smelly toilet with unbearable air freshener smell. It means that the owner knows about bathroom issue but instead of fixing the pipes they put a cheap solution. - Poor lock which could be opened with a credit card on the front door. - View on a wall with 0 chance to get sunlight or piece of the sky. - Very cheap and dated furniture. - Only cash payments accepted which leads for additional expenses on ATM fees

We had to pay by cash which was totally not expected, so we were forced to withdraw money on the spot, with the commission a bank normally takes. He did not even give a receipt, which leads me to think there is some tax evasion thing going on. Owner is poor in Spanish. I would not repeat for the price. There is some work ongoing in the flat above so certain hours were full of uncomfortable noise.

Washing machine handle comes off on hand not been working for 2year see previous reviews. Kitchen drawers broken Upstairs neighbour walking repeatedly in stilettos up and down on tiled floor. could hear Neighbours on phone, Noisy neighbour shouting and general pissedness . Doors slamming in the building into early hours. The joke of a balcony, looking out onto what felt like prison exercise area. 40 feet walls either side and in front, like looking up from a pit or well .

This is a very good basic studio base right in the centre of Madrid. It’s in walking distance of all major attractions and you can roll out of the building straight into a bar. Our host was there to meet us with the keys and was very pleasant and helpful. Good value for money.

It suited our needs. Bed, bath and coffee making and close to everything.

perfect location 🥰 nice apartment with everything we need. comfortable bed. very nice host . we had late check in and it was not a problem.

The apartment is located in the city centre, the host is available, value for money is very good.
