Waou PALACE es MIA - Corta Duración

We really enjoyed our stay, very clean ,much better than pictures, we were welcomed by very kind host and there was a very nice welcoming pack (better than perfect) very very kind ,called for something and was delivered very fast ,very good location,very helpful and kind ,very good coffee machine,I can say with confidence it was better than I have expected. Will go back again for sure

The property owners and managers are very thoughtful. They left the property ready with a lot of little details that made the stay great. The property was stocked with simple details which really help. Salt sugar snack and water were already waiting for us. Cleaning supplies were available including a new kit with scrub sponge and kitchen towels. Again. Small details that really help and make a difference.

Only issue we had there were no instructions anywhere on how to use the washer machine which was new clean and well maintained but not intuitive.

Great location. Few blocks (5 minutes walking) to Chueca and La Gran Via. Situated on a quiet street, secured area and easy access to a market, cafe, restaurant and shopping. It also has a washer inside the apartment. Very spacious with 3 bedroom/ 3 bathrooms. Fast Wi-Fi.

Spacious, full of character and centrally located. It has everything you’ll need. Vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of being somewhere special.

It’s so minor it’s a little embarrassing to say but could you oil the door to the shower room to the main bedroom? It squeaks.
