The electricity keeps dying on us . I called the company and they answered back four days after . No shampoo and gel on the first bathroom. The place was freezing cold the whole time we were there and were afraid to use the heater because it will shut down the electricity . Booking .com wasn’t helpful as well .

The location was decent.

The nightmare started when we came back to the apartment on our first night at 1:30 AM and the electronic locks were not working neither for the building nor the apartment. We were locked out out in the street for more than four hours with 3° temperature. After the horrific communication with the incompetent host (BNB HOLDER) and spending more than 270$ on international calls, they sent their representative at around 3 AM to tell us that they lost the key so they had to break the door locks for us to get into the apartment at around 5:00 AM… we were seconds from calling the police to let us in, as we had all our passports inside. When we addressed the issue again with the host the next morning, their response was literally “you booked an apartment not a hotel with 24 hour service”, not even a single apology or understanding. Booking dot com thankfully ended up refunding us the first two nights after they saw how horrendous the experience was (we had everything on record - photos & videos). 1- the heating system was very poor to a point where we froze on our first day and we were wearing jackets and socks inside the apartment. 2- the electricity kept cutting off every 30 minutes on the first two days, especially after they provided us with extra heaters. 3- since electricity turns off every 30 minutes, the water heater kept cutting off, so we had a problem with hot water. 4- the water pressure of the shower was very weak and the bathrooms were freezing. When we inquired about the issues, one of their staff said that this was not the first time this happens. Definitely not worth the 4,820€ for 6 nights!

Great location, fantastic communication from booking until leaving. Every detail was considered. Accommodation is excellent, lots of space and very clean, everything you would expect and more

Everything was great

- number of double beds and bathrooms, - a beautifully styled living room, - responsive owners

- poor water pressure in the showers, - very bad smell from the fridge, - non-functioning flush in the smallest bathroom

the light in one bathroom was not working and the towels were not clean
