Nous sommes un groupe de 13 personnes et avons réservé 3 appartements. Nous avons aimé le parking sous l’établissement, les bars restaurants à côté. Immejorable est situé à côté de la Puerta de Alcala, du parc Retiro, du prado…On peut aller au centre de Madrid à pied ou aux arènes à pied. Personnel très agréable et attentionné.

La ubicacion, es lo único bueno si no te toca encima de la discoteca. Al lado de la Renfe.

Nada. Las fotos no se corresponden. Poco menaje. Sucio. Solo dos sillas en una habitación que puede ser para 4. Sofà cama Muy incomodo.

"Overprice for the poor service that did not match what was advertised, despite a good location."

The location

Over the course of three days, no cleaning service or towel replacement was carried out. When I inquired about this, I was told that the apartment is “private” and therefore cleaning is not included, and that if needed, it must be requested in advance at an additional cost. This explanation is not acceptable if such conditions are not clearly communicated from the outset. As a guest, I should not be expected to assume or “guess” exclusions that contradict what is advertised; instead, these must be transparently disclosed prior to booking. Really uncomfortable pillows and regarding the bathroom, the shower hose is in poor condition, leaking water from the sides, which makes it difficult to use properly.
