Tutto pulito, nell'appartamento non manca nulla, la comunicazione tramite booking con la struttura é stata eccellente e veloce. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere tutti i mezzi e le attrazioni di Madrid ma anche per andare a pieni al centro con una passeggiata di 30 minuti. Vicino c'è supermercato, bar, ristoranti, fermate bus 1 e 74 che portano a plaze de Espana. Metro Recoleto vicinissima. Consiglio vivamente

Hay mucho ruido de un pub abajo. Hasta las 4 sin dormir por el ruido.

"Demasiado ruido y demasiado calor"

Está al lado de la calle Serrano; súper céntrico

Está justo encima de la discoteca rubícon y abre prácticamente todos los días ; por lo que hay muchísimo ruido Y luego tiene calefacción centralizada y no hay forma de apagarlo y se llena de un calor la habitación insoportable y claro con el ruido no se puede abrir las ventanas para que refresque .

POSIZIONE OTTIMA PER PARTENZA ARRIO MEZZA MARATONA

Problema con acqua calda e bassa pressione risolta con non molta tempestività anche se in secondo momento hanno provveduto ad intervenire
