Waou Plaza Mayor I - Alquiler Corta Duración

Such a lovely and cosy apartment and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils which was great for cooking. Amazing views from the balcony and felt very private.

The only issue is that the central heating no longer works and as we were there in January it got quite cold. We had to therefore use the A/C to heat up the apartment which took a while.

Nice, clean, perfect location (in center).

The location - adjacent to Plaza Mayor - was perfect. It's easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shops, or just around the Plaza. The kitchen looked like it would be useful for a longer stay. The balcony was a fantastic place to sit and enjoy our morning while we waited for Madrid to wake up.

The elevator only went to the third floor, and we were on the fourth. The third floor reeked of cigarette smoke, but our apartment was ok. The instructions posted for WiFi were wrong, and we had to call and get the actual WiFi and PW.

Beautiful and clean apartment, charming view from the balcony/rooftop, clear instruction from the owner, and very central location right at the heart of Plaza Mayor.

Perfect location!

A little pricey, the bed was not comfy. It was odd to have to pay extra for the pull out couch. If that's the case, they should have a queen bed.

Location superb, literally right meet to Placa Major. Great space, really clean and comfy.

The apartament si clean and well situated.

The Wi-Fi did not works from the beginning of our stay and the staff ask to come to resolve. They came one time (Wednesday 13th December) but did not resolve. They ask to come another time when we were outside but we declined because we do not want to let them enter when we were not in. So the problem has not been solved and I had to spend money to use the connection for my mobile phone.
