Senna Apartment

Mario welcomed us really friendly. He is such a nice person. In the kitchen was bread, fruits, wine and some other stuff for us. We had also 2 keys for the apartment (that was great). A Lidl is just 5min to walk away. In 10-15min walking distance you are at the water side. And in 7min you can walk to the metro. We had a workshop in this area and the apartment was perfect for us. We could reach Mario any time, we slept very well and you can have a nice warm shower. An Uber directly to the city center was between 7,50 and 9 Euros. But you can also take the Metro. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

The door from the toilet is a bit tricky to close and open. Perhaps it will need a small "makeover" soon.

Apartment was clean and comfortable and close to the bus and metro routes, both of which we used daily. Lidl was about 200m away, which was very handy too. Owner was very helpful and available when we had any questions.

Wee bit noisy outside a couple of nights but didn't keep us awake. Nit picking now, but could have done with a few more dishwasher tablets and bin bags, also a couple of oven trays would have been good.

The duvets were full of stains and smelly. The biggest problem were the fleas. My son got bit several times and we even brought them home. Here my wife, who is allergic against flea bites, also got bit several times. Still fighting against them after three weeks.

Located near metro, but in rather neglected neighbourhood. Close to Lidl supermarket. The apartment was clean. Kitchen generally well equipped. The host was nice and helpful and was able to easily communicate in English.

Lack of some basic things, as trashbags, dishwasher cubes etc. Lack of ANY hangers in bathroom - you had to take towels outside the bathroom and hang outside. Leaking shower - it was impossible to take a shower without putting all the bathroom floor in water.

Spacious apartment, 3 rooms, lots of space, close to the Vasco de Gamma bridge and the Ocenarium. Very quiet location. Everything important is available for a longer stay, we enjoyed the stay a lot. Free parking outside the building.

First night it was cold, as we were out of the season and it was not pre-heated.

The bath room water drainage is very poor, always flooded after several people take a bath. Water stayed there for good, not going anywhere. The coldness, especially in the living room, even when it was sunny and warm outside. The electricity wiring: very often auto power off if putting on the heater while cooking or putting on 2 heaters in the living room. Seemed that the host and owner were not aware of this issue and didnt caution guests against it in advance. So our first night we spent 1 hour in the dark, cold and hungry waiting to be fixed. Finally, turned out the fix was also very quick but ownwer had not known about it. So next time it might be just very quick fix.
