The location of the apartment was great, very close to multiple modes of transportation. Apartment was clean

Our stay had a few notable drawbacks. The building's lack of a wheelchair ramp at the entrance was a major accessibility concern. The room itself was not well-lit, and we found that one of the lamps was not working. Using the microwave was also surprisingly difficult. A big consideration for families with young children is the significant street noise at night, which can be disruptive for light sleepers. Additionally, be prepared for expensive overnight parking options nearby.

Faltam alguns utensílios básicos de cozinha como uma faca de serra pra cortar pão. Uma cafeteira ou porta filtro para fazer um café. Sim, não tinha como fazer um café... As cortinas estavam faltando e entrava muita luz logo cedo. ALguns pequenos detalhes, que são facilmente resolvidos e o apartamento seria excepcional.

Location, size and comfort was very good. Kitchen and dinner amenities were available and of great quality and quantity. The fact of having a dishwasher in-suite really made things easy.

I could not make the over work, so I cooking I did was on the stove. I also missed a laundry machine and dryer.

Fantastic location with great transport hubs and restaurants nearby. High ceilings and spacious rooms for cool summer getaway.

Our room suffered from not having linen ready for the sofa bed, lighting that was not easy to control and a little lacking in the evening. There were also a slow drip from the loo and electric whir from the entrance hallway we had to close doors to dampen out.

I know this building well and I have stayed in different units with different companies. I need to praise the managing company Prime Lisbon because they solved the many issues and transferred me to other location. However this particular unit 107 was a disaster: 1) no keys were in the locker upon arrival. No phone number to call. Eventually the security guy gave me access to the unit after one hour waiting 2) very superficial cleaning (borderline dirty) 3) one curtain fell down immediately upon touch 4) toilette flush was not working 5) previous amenities missing: no night table in the room, no coffee machin, very limited kitchen stuff After one night I messaged the company and said I refused to stay in such a place. The company Prime Lisbon behaved very well and transferred me to a very pleasant place nearby. This unit 107 is unfit for the purpose. I still like this building and location very much but it is advisable to make inquiries about which unit you are being assigned.
