The noise in the street after midnight

room is spacious. close to restaurants and stores. has iron/ironing board. has dining table and table wares. has toiletries.

the microwave doesn't work. the stove top is cracked in one corner. shower has no door to close, water spills on to floor. linen for the pull out bed is missing.

3rd time in the place. It’s good value. No real service. The location is very good

House linen is substandard. It’s starting to show some wear and tear signs. Still a good deal but a little maintenance would make if better

The location is really really great, the appartment is pretty large and overall pleasant, and the check-in process is very easy.

As others said, having 1 key card is really problematic since you can't even use the elevator or get in the hallway without having a card, so it might even be problematic for someone to leave while someone stays. The appartment itself is also very very dark, especially at night. It doesn't exactly feel like someone spotlessly cleaned it (somewhat dusty), and there are lots of other things that are just kind of off. For example, the toilet makes an endless dripping sound, and in the bathroom there's an exposed socket which doesn't feel too safe.

we walked around for almost an hour in circles trying to find. wasn’t marked well and would have been helpful to have more clear instructions or descriptions to help us. the heavy backpacks didn’t help.
